Below is a list of our services, which we hope to increase over time. Please do contact us with any queries. If there are any words or phrases that do not make sense then please either contact us or visit our jargon page which will explain it.

For the start to finish packages we will register your domain name, arrange hosting, WGA 2 compliance, create email addresses, add basic SSL, basic SEO, provide upto one hour updates and support per month, design and build site with upto seven pages. Other packages include extra pages, hosting space and support. These are suitable for small organisations, businesses, churches and parish councils. Please send us pictures, documents and information you want on your site.

We can also take over existing sites, register domains, arrange other services, rebuild – let us know what you need.

We can also set up and maintain your social media, including “A Church Near You” for Anglican churches.

We will also provide some training for those who would like to manage their own websites – just let us know – otherwise we are there to support you.

In addition we provide a document proofing service. Before you publish any documents, text or information we can check for grammar, readability and, to the best of our ability, for accuracy. Contact us for a quote but price is based on the length of time but minimum will be £25 up to one hour.

Basic start to finish for parish councils includes registration and hosting of government (.gov.uk) domain: £550

Basic 14 pages: £600

Basic: £680 plus £10 per page

Shopping Carts

We can set up shopping carts and the ability to take payments through your site: £150

Social Media Set Up

Each Platform: £25 each

Includes Facebook, X, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, A Church Near You. Other available on request.

Manage Social Media

Manage all sites: £25 per hour for all sites per month

Maintain Website

Included within the initial basic package for the first year. Following years any maintenance, updates or support will be £25 for upto one hour per month paid monthly or £250 paid yearly. 

Basic Training to Manage Site

 If you would like some training to manage  your site then we will arrange this – small group via Microsoft Teams. This will be for up to an hour and will be £25 for the session.

Renewal of Domain Name

Your website address needs to be renewed every year. We will organise this for you. Most domains will be £15 for the year. a government domain will be £35. Please contact us for others.

Renewal of Hosting

This is done every year – it is payment for the company who host the website and mailboxes. We will arrange this and will let you know when it is due. Most sites are £60 and .gov.uk are £120.

Additional Storage

All packages come with a large amount of storage which is usually more than enough. If you need a bit extra then we can quote for this – it is usually a few extra pounds a year.

Professional SEO

All packages come with basic SEO which is usually enough. However if you need something more advanced then we can arrange this – just contact us for a quote.

Other Services

Additional services include junk mail filters, professional SSL, anti spam, proofing documents, edit pictures, etc. Please contact us with your requirements for a quote.

Maintain Established Site

You may already have a site established and just need someone to manage it. We can do that. £25 per hour per month or £250 per year. Any hosting or domain renewal is extra.

Rebuild Established Site

You may already have a site but need it rebuilt. To rebuild will be £450 (for up to 7 pages) which includes updates for the year. Additional pages, domain and hosting renewal is extra.

Transfer Site

Sometimes you have an established site and need to transfer to another hosting company. We can help with that. Let us know and we will arrange for this.

Payment Terms

  • We will provide a full quote in advance before starting work.
  • Before the work is started, we will require a deposit of 50% of the payment.
  • On satisfactorily completion of work we will release website on receipt of the final payment.
  • If you have specific requirements that are not listed above then please do contact us and we will be happy to provide a no obligation quote.
  • If any pages require an excessive amount of time and input then there maybe an addional charge for the time taken but you will be advised in advance.
  • There may be the occaisional month where it might take a little bit longer than one hour to complete the task – that will be on us.
  • Please note that we are not a VAT registered business.
